As part of the Civic Innovation Change Lab program, I was the designer on a team of 4. My role was to drive the design aspect of designing a social venture, and design all deliverables. This meant driving the design thinking process of user interviews, interview synthesis, and pulling key insights from expert interviews, as well as creating a user friendly design of our final platform, and visualizing key data, then presenting this data and all of our research findings clearly, concisely, and aesthetically on all our deliverables and presentation slides.
